![]() Let's say in layer 2 I set the "A" key to type "1 2 3" - To use this programmed key, do I have to switch my entire board into layer 2, and then press "A", or can I simply enter "PN"+"A" to use that programmed key? Hope that makes sense. Is that true? Can you no longer hold the PN key to access the programmed layer while remaining in the default layer? That seems strange. However, it looks like that to actually use the programmed layer, you no longer hold the PN key but you have to completely switch to that specific layer, meaning you lose access to the default layer of keys. With the Pok3r (Poker 3) keyboard, one "selling point" is that you get access to 3 programming layers rather than just 1. This seems like the logical way to make a programming layer work. You then access that layer by holding the PN key (much like you access the default function layer by holding the FN key). With the original Poker II (2) keyboard, it looks like you only have 1 programming layer. ![]() It seems that the way programming works between the boards is very different, and I wanted to know if that is the case. I am looking at picking up a 60% keyboard and a large selling point seems to be the programmability of the Poker boards.
